Privacy & enquiries.

A clear explanation of what happens when you share your details.

Last updated 13 October 2026.

Who receives your enquiry

Eaveline is an Australian permanent architectural lighting business being prepared for its first release by Alex Bruce in Queensland. Alex can be contacted at alex@eaveline.com.au. The brand, product supply, pricing and installation arrangements are not yet finalised.

What we collect

The information you choose to send: name, email, optional phone number, suburb and postcode, property type, connection to the property, lighting preferences, budget, timing and notes. A home photo is optional. Please avoid uploading people, number plates, private documents or images you do not have permission to share.

Why we collect it

To respond to your specific enquiry, register your requested DIY kit length or installation preferences, estimate demand, and provide relevant first-release and product-availability updates where you have expressly requested them. You can withdraw from updates by emailing us. Submitting a form is not a booking, deposit, purchase, stock reservation or promise of supply. We do not sell your details or add you to unrelated marketing campaigns.

Photos

Supported images are resized and re-encoded in your browser before upload, removing embedded location metadata. This does not remove personal information visible in the image itself. Photos are stored separately from the public website and are not displayed in a public gallery or used in advertising without separate permission. They are not automatically sent to an AI image-generation service.

Storage and service providers

Enquiry records and optional photos are held using the website's Cloudflare database and file storage within the Higgsfield hosting environment. Technical service providers may process data outside Australia. Email notifications of enquiry details are sent through FormSubmit to alex@eaveline.com.au. Optional photos remain in private website storage and are not attached to these notifications. FormSubmit and email providers may process data outside Australia. Authorised access is used to review and manage enquiries. No public customer list or public photo directory is provided. We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage is guaranteed risk-free.

Spam checks and attribution

The server uses short-lived hashed network identifiers and request timing to limit spam. These identifiers are periodically removed when subsequent forms are submitted. Campaign labels in the page URL, such as a campaign name, may be stored with your enquiry. We count page loads, planner use and form starts by day and broad traffic source. These counts are not unique visitor counts. No advertising pixels are installed. A short-lived network hash limits counting abuse; we do not store raw IP addresses in the analytics tables. Campaign labels are retained for the browser tab session to attribute enquiries after visiting a guide. Hosting providers may maintain their own technical access logs. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the network information required to serve them.

Retention, access and removal

Details are retained while the enquiry and first release are being assessed. Contact Alex to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw your enquiry. Requests will need to be checked to protect against another person altering or deleting your information. We will explain any practical or legal reason relevant records need to be retained.

Questions or concerns

Email alex@eaveline.com.au with the subject “Eaveline privacy” and include your enquiry reference if available. Do not include identity documents unless specifically needed through an agreed secure process.

Concept imagery and launch status

The house and product-detail images on this website are AI-generated concepts, not completed customer installations. Lighting appearance, material colours and hardware are illustrative. Exact products, finishes, installation scope, pricing, tax treatment, written warranty terms and availability must be confirmed before any offer or order.
